The esteemed awards program recognizes excellence in architectural design and planning with entries from throughout the United States and around the world. Now in its 57th year, the Gold Nugget Awards are the largest and most prestigious awards program of its kind in the nation. The awards honor design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Designed in partnership with Seattle architectural firm, Weber Thompson, NEXUS is an architecturally significant and visually striking residential tower that has redefined what urban life can be by fusing state-of-the-art technology, hospitality-inspired design and thoughtful amenities that nurture a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. NEXUS’ architecture is defined by its iconic stacked and shifted cubic forms extending high into the skyline.
