OPENROAD AUTO GROUP SHIFTS GEARS INTO REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT WITH OPENFORM PROPERTIES & FIRST MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT, E15
May 25, 2021 (Vancouver, B.C.) – OpenRoad Auto Group, B.C.’s largest automotive group, is shifting gears into Vancouver’s thriving residential real estate market with the launch of OpenForm Properties, the company’s new design-driven residential development division and its first multi-family project, E15 Just off Main.

With today’s announcement, OpenForm Properties is pleased to unveil its first residential community, E15 Just off Main, a vibrant new development comprised of 49 impeccably designed townhomes situated in one of Vancouver’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, Mount Pleasant. With presales starting soon and completion slated for early 2023, E15 will be an extension of the neighbourhood’s colourful culture that will combine modern design with optimal urban living - where eating well, staying active and shopping sustainably are just steps away on trendy Main Street.
OpenForm Properties has partnered with MA+HG Architects and Cristina Oberti Interior Design for E15 to create a thoughtfully designed community that embraces the local ethos of inclusion and diversity.
