August 1, 2019 (Seattle, WA) – With just months to go until the completion of NEXUS, the Burrard Group is in the final phase of construction of a new architectural landmark and next generation mixed-use condominium tower that will be the first of its kind to complete in an emerging new multi-billion dollar urban living core in Seattle’s East Village. Construction of NEXUS was recently topped off during a special ceremony attended by buyers and stakeholders where the precedent-setting project was celebrated as an iconic symbol of an exciting new era for the community.

Now standing tall at the corner of Minor and Howell Street, NEXUS has reached its maximum height of 440 feet and 41 stories high, offering never-seen-before city and ocean views from a dynamic new vantage point. With construction at NEXUS now topped off and the remaining home inventory reintroduced, the Burrard Group has hired a Community Care Team to focus on assisting buyers through the final process of becoming new homeowners. This specialized team will host a series of special events over the next few months to provide homeowners with formal project updates and details about the move-in process, while giving them a chance to meet and mingle with their new neighbours.
